- NO cancellation fee applies for every order canceled before 10 minutes and or driver's unavailability.

- A $15 dollars cancellation fee applies for every order canceled after 15 minutes.

- A $15 or 50% of the delivery fee whichever is greater applies for every order canceled by the time of pickup.

- A 100% of the delivery fee applies for every ATTEMPTED order.
